La Maison
Founded by Jean Galler in a small workshop near Liège, Galler has remained a rare thing in modern confectionery: an independent Belgian chocolaterie, carried today by some 170 chocolatiers. In 1994 the maison was named Fournisseur Breveté de la Cour de Belgique — Royal Warrant holder of the Court of Belgium — a distinction renewed under the reign of King Philippe.
Galler is best known for the bâton fourré, the filled bar invented by the house: a thin chocolate shell around a generous, honestly portioned heart. Phantasos is proud to bring the full Galler range to Greece.
